Significant Projects Adjacent to the Reserve

There are a number of interesting wildlife and habitat studies taking place on lands adjacent to American Prairie Reserve.  Although these studies take place outside of Reserve boundaries, they provide significant insight into the region as a whole and provide valuable data for the management of Reserve lands.  Projects such as the pronghorn migration study currently underway serve to emphasize the overall importance of the region and its role in providing habitat and migratory corridors for wildlife.  APF keeps a close watch on these studies and works to apply the data gathered by researchers to help us maximize our land’s value for regional wildlife.
